Configure your SOCKS5 proxy for a real US residential IP. Undetectable by TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.

Requires a SOCKS5 app: iOS doesn't support SOCKS5 proxies natively. Choose one of these apps:
Open Shadowrocket and tap the + button
This adds a new proxy server.
Select "SOCKS5" as the type
This is important - don't use HTTP.
Enter your proxy details:
Type: SOCKS5
Address: geo.iproyal.com
Port: 12321
User: PqToXWaN4bI5f74P
Password: Jw2U6IDHOeNt18LJ_country-us_city-phoenix
Tap "Done" to save
Your new server will appear in the list.
Select your server and toggle the switch ON
Allow VPN configuration when prompted.
You're connected!

Download Proxifier (recommended)
Go to proxifier.com/download - it's the best SOCKS5 proxy client for Windows.
Open Proxifier > Profile > Proxy Servers
Click "Add" to create a new proxy server.
Enter your proxy details:
Address: geo.iproyal.com
Port: 12321
Protocol: SOCKS5
Authentication: Enabled
Username: PqToXWaN4bI5f74P
Password: Jw2U6IDHOeNt18LJ_country-us_city-phoenix
Click "Check" to test, then "OK"
Proxifier will now route all your apps through the residential proxy.
Free alternative: You can also use v2rayN which is free and supports SOCKS5 proxies.
Open System Settings > Network
On older macOS: System Preferences > Network.
Select your Wi-Fi connection > Details
Or click "Advanced" on older macOS versions.
Click "Proxies" tab > Enable "SOCKS Proxy"
SOCKS Proxy Server: geo.iproyal.com
Port: 12321
Check "Proxy server requires password"

Click "OK" then "Apply"
All system traffic now goes through your residential proxy.
After setting up, verify your new IP address is showing as residential.
Check My IP AddressShould show a US residential IP (Verizon, AT&T, Comcast, etc.)
TikTok checks your IP frequently. Consistent residential IP = consistent reach.
This helps TikTok register your new "location" and clears any shadowban flags.
The algorithm trusts accounts that post from stable locations. Your residential IP helps here.
Basic uses a datacenter IP (detectable by some platforms). Pro uses a real residential IP from Verizon/AT&T which is virtually undetectable - TikTok and Instagram see you as a regular US customer.

Residential proxies can be slightly slower than datacenter VPNs, but the difference is minimal for normal usage. The tradeoff is worth it for undetectable IP addresses.
You can configure the proxy on multiple devices, but only use one at a time for best results. Using multiple devices simultaneously may trigger rate limits.
